Can you get charged with DUI in the military if you received a deferred conviction in civilian court?

Gabriel asked: I’m trying to help out a friend and she received a DUI away from base. They don’t know about it and her civilian court date is in between new assignments. If she receives a deferred sentence and the case is dismissed, will the military still charge her with dui? Will they find out?
