Do I need lawyer for comission agreement to make it legal?

I would like to create a comission agreement with a company (I’m planning to help them selling some of their products). Do I need to have lawyer present to make it legal, or just me and the representative of the company? Do i need to have witness sign also?

   I would strongly suggest that you engage the service of a lawyer to write an agreement that is signed by all the parties to the transaction.
