		<description>If you are a salaried employee then they are not required to give you extra compensation.

If you are an hourly employee then, under normal circumstances, they would need to pay you for your time but maybe because your state was just hit by a hurricane your time was considered voluntary...</description>

		<description>I thought salary meant you could work as much as they wanted you to and not pay you extra.  I go from hourly to salary next month...it will probably not be very fun.  Sorry for you.</description>
