LIQUOR and i do not see anywhere limits on private sales, there are only limitations on "hotels, restaurants and clubs" it makes refences to "Liquor Stores" but under Section 1-102 it does not define what is a liquor store. so i say since there is no current law forbidding the sale, the power is with the people.
