		<description>Every state is different, contact your local highway patrol. In Texas you may ride with them on as long as the LED bulb itself can not be seen and only the glow can be seen.</description>

		<description>To my knowledge, every State has a law against a civilian using red (and/or blue) lights on any vehicle.  Non-emergency vehicles (tow trucks, construction, service vehicles, etc.) may use amber/yellow lights (rotating, bar, or strobe)to warn other vehicles to be cautious, but they cannot use red or blue. One could possibly be charged with impersonating a policeman or other law enforcement personnel, even if that person didn't stop anyone.</description>
