I am a member of an LLC that owned property in Hawaii. The LLC is recorded in California. I happened to find out that the property sold in April. What can I do to get my investment and share of the sale proceeds?

I searched the internet, but am not clear since most samples seem to be between two parties. Or do I need to consider myself and my LLC as two parties??
