What are the legal requirement of landlords in rhode island for insulation?
Tuesday, April 21st, 2009Jennifer asked: It turns out that my apartment has no attic insulation and since I’m on the top floor, I’m basically heating the sky. My gas bills are through the roof for a small apartment. I’m wondering if anyone knows if my landlord has any legal requirements to fix that?
