		<description>I believe Freddo Frogs answer is basically correct. But I would have a conversation with your insurance carrier and a lawyer to be sure. The grey area comes in if you require them to display a restaurant sign on their vehicle. I'm not sure you would get the insulation from lawsuits a typical sub contractor arrangement would provide. But, even with sub contractors, there are circumstances where you would be open to lawsuits. 
Good luck with adding the delivery service. It will probably have a few hiccups in the beginning, but it should increase your business in the long term. Give people time to realize the service is available and start to use it. I used to work as a pizza driver when I was in college. Our driving staff would outsell the dining room every Friday and Saturday and EVERY Super Bowl Sunday, so the potential is there for a great opportunity.</description>
