Please only answer if you have real valid legal information. I need to know the requirements to ensure that the Will will be valid and meet all legal barriers to ensure its validity.

   I don’t know if you live in Colombia. If you do, you will have to hire a lawyer to draft it for you. If you don’t, I suggest you contact the Colombian Embassy/Consulate and ask them to recommend one in your country, presumably one who is familiar with the Colombian law. It would be foolish to rely on any legal advise given to you at yahoo answers.
