What herbs, legal or otherwise can give you a similar to any illigal drug?

Damiana is a good one. it gives a similar high to Marijuana but is legal pretty much everywhere (at least here in Australia) and is cheap. ive smoked it before and it gives you a cruisy high. it can also be drunk as a herbal tea and is meant to be an aphrodisiac. Also Nutmeg is a hallucinogenic but you have to have it in the right quantity (ie not a pinch like in a dessert but not the whole Nutmeg! )
